The annual Rye Beach Day festival is scheduled for Saturday and will feature food, music and games.

The event, organized by the Rye Beach Property Owners’ Association, will take place from 1-7 p.m. at Rye Beach Park at the north end of Atwood Place.

Live music will be presented from 2-5 p.m. by Casper, a karaoke group.

There will be bingo at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Other activities include a horseshoe tournament, raffles and a beer garden.

Free activities for children will include a decorated bike parade, a dog-in-costume contest, musical chairs, water balloon toss, egg relay and many others.

There will be plenty of food, including barbecued chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs and bratwurst, sides and desserts.
