The WindCube technology is very interesting but either my math is not correct or the payback cannot possibly happen in 3-4 years. If the unit generates 150,000 kilowatt hours annually as stated, then even at 10 cents per kilowatt it would only equal $15,000 a year. Not sure how much Ohio's renewable energy incentives contribute to the cost of the WindCube, but even if 50 percent it would take over nine years to recover $140,000, not including maintenance etc. I do wish this company success and hopefully there was an error in the numbers that were supplied or Ohio contributes much more than 50 percent of the initial cost.
