I have a pet peeve about criminals. Why do they have so many rights that cost everyone so much money? It throws the whole state in such a deficit, they can not balance the budget. They are very violent to rape a woman and take away her right to be happy. She will always remember how she thought she was going to die at the rapist hands in his power without being able to defend herself, scared of taking the dreams we take for granted. Is this the way society with the laws let him out of prison to do this again for a second or third time, ruining other lives.

It has to be the greed of the laws to protect a violent man and judges and lawyers to give us their better than the good society God fearing peons to pay for whims. Is this justice?

Do we have a voice with jurors for a guilty verdict with the judge ruling in the laws of a slap on the wrist to do it again. That's just like someone who goes on purpose to a bar to start out to make himself inebriated and drinks himself drunk enough to kill someone and gets three to five years in prison. Is that justice?
