Christian J. Miller, 40 was arrested Thursday and held at the Erie County jail at the request of the U.S. Marshal's office.

An 84-page indictment, filed in the U.S. Southern District Court of Indiana, describes the international club's structure and hierarchy, membership requirements, funding and criminal conduct.

It also includes 46 criminal charges, involving various members of the club.

Miller is included in two robbery charges, which loop him into the overreaching Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations indictment, better known as RICO.

OOOPS. Did we not have a discussion on this not too long ago???? I believe we did. Gotta love that RICO act and the Feds.

LoKi

Where's his pic?!

Hah. Even the reporter calls RICO "overreaching" (though I suspect that's not what she meant to say).

Maybe the guy did something. Maybe the guy didn't. But RICO basically assumes guilt by association, and that's something that's never, EVER going to sit particularly well with ME...

wiredmama222

I wonder if this guy could be the "president" of this particular chapter of this club and that is why he was arrested? Not that he was doing anything illegal in itself, but that he 'represents' the club?

I wonder how many people are afraid to comment.

Licorice Schtick

Yes, I too wondered, "overreaching? Is that what you really meant, Jessica?" If so, it's an odd injection of opinion in a news piece. And it implies that RICO is inappropriate here. Why? Because he's not Italian?

Eventually everyone that rides will be suspect.

Didn't that Martin guy that went to prison for murdering a young girl a year or so ago try to blame it on the Outlaws?

wiredmama222

yeah, I vaguely remember something about that, Julie. He claimed something about them killing her for some reason connected with the Outlaws. Wasnt it drug sales or something? I can't remember completely.

I'm sure that this news makes Mel Burns very happy. This is the guy that filed a citizens complaint against him.

good lord i know this guy! i remember when his girlfriend dumped him because he was "too nice" so he joined the outlaws to prove he was tough!dummy! he is the center of his parents world they worship him ! this is going to kill them. the only reason any club wanted him is he has a job and money and he would do anything he was told. as for that martin puke he is guilty!!!!

Julie R.

According to Martin, the motorcycle gang known as the Outlaws were the ones that murdered that Gibson girl. Why would Martin even bring the Outlaws up? Was he a member of their club?

pptrsha

martin tried to be a member he is a pathological liar!!!his whole family is disgusting they try to be something they are not. if his mouth is open he is lying!

pptrsha

i can not find enough things to say about martin and his family they are the most disgusting people you will ever be unfortunate enough to meet. i know all kinds of people from every walk of life and this man seriously gives me the creeps i can not stand him!!
