A Vickery man who couldn't keep his pants on in court Monday is now wearing an outfit provided by the Erie County jail.

Johnny B. Hensley, 43, dropped his pants while being arraigned in Erie County Municipal Court for driving under suspension.

Visiting Judge Gus Nunez charged Hensley with contempt of court and ordered him to be held without bond until Friday when he'll be arraigned on the contempt charge.
