I can just imagine the Honorable Ethel Swanbeck and former presidents Reagan and Eisenhower, among many others who are reeling in their graves at the latest outbursts from the likes of Rush Limbaugh, joining the ranks of Ann Coulter and another kid on the block, Mona Charen.

The GOP must quickly make an about-face in order to regain some respectability, by putting an end to the name-calling, notoriety-seeking, false advocates of the Republican party. Not only has there been undertones of racial disrespect, but by wishing the present administration to fail, paves a frightening path of destruction to our system of governing.

Despite any human flaw and frailties by both parties and ourselves included, we still maintain the best government body in the world, envied by many and despised by those seeking our demise.

I only hope the angels are observing closely because the elephant can become an endangered species if now closely guarded.
