Robbers strike again; Perry Street homeowner beaten

Police caught one of three men who allegedly stormed a Perry Street home Tuesday night in an armed home invasion.

At about midnight, more than half a dozen Sandusky officers were still trolling the “Old Plat” neighborhood, searching for the two suspects who fled the scene.

Three assailants broke down the door and brutally beat a resident inside. They also threw him through a glass door, police said.

Officers suspect the three home invaders had set out to rob the place.
