LOUDON TWP.

An 18-year-old Tiffin man is dead after the car in which he was riding went off the road an overturned in Loudon Township, near Fostoria.

Ian Kuhn, 18, Tiffin, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 9 p.m. Thursday crash by LifeFlight medical personnel, according to a news release from the Fremont post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

He was a front-seat passenger in a 1992 Ford Mustang being driven east on Seneca County Road 18, by Andrew Biddle, 19, New Riegel.

The Mustang went off the left side of the road, overcorrected, went off the right side of the road and overturned several times, coming to rest in a field, troopers said.

Biddle and the rear-seat passenger, Ashley Harrison, 18, Tiffin, were both flown to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, troopers said.

Biddle was listed in fair condition and no condition was listed for Harrison as of Thursday night, troopers said.

Speed appears to have been a factor in the crash and alcohol is not suspected, troopers said.

The crash remained under investigation.
