New Zealand-based Fisher & Paykel Co. has decided not to relocate its Clyde facility’s dryer line to Mexico as was previously announced.

It is unclear how many jobs the decision will save.

Last month the company announced it would mothball the washer line and relocate the dryer line, laying off about 60 of its 86 employees. The decision to mothball the washer line is unchanged.
