The city will cross-examine Kim Nuesse this afternoon.
This morning, the fired police chief testified about cooperating with the ATF, FBI, U.S. Coast Guard, Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification and a slew of law enforcement agencies, including Erie County Sheriff Terry Lyons and Erie County prosecutor Kevin Baxter.
The city said Nuesse was fired, in part, for not cooperating with other local law enforcement officials.
Her cross-examination begins at about 1:30 p.m. at the General Services Building at 1024 Cement Ave. It is open to the public.
