 Need a job? Cedar Point is hiring more than 4,500 people for this summer’s operating season.

Ride operators, food service attendants and merchandise and games associates are just a few of the positions available.

The park will host open interviews from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday, Feb. 28 at Breakers Express Hotel, 1201 Cedar Point Drive.  Open interviews will also take place at the same time on Saturday, March 28.

 Overall, there are more than 50 different job classifications available.  Many jobs will also qualify for college credit for internships.

Cedar Point offers positions starting at $7.30 per hour.  Employees under 16 will earn $6.55 an hour and will increase to $7.25 an hour by the end of July. 

 In addition to a variety of benefits, including low-cost housing, summer employees will be able to enroll in a seasonal health care program.

Cedar Point employees also have free admission to the park, waterpark and beach.
