Elsebeth Baumgartner, the one-time runaway lawyer from Oak Harbor, isn't getting any further with her latest appeal.

The Court of Appeals for Cuyahoga County is upholding her conviction on multiple felonies all related to charges of intimidation and retaliation.

Baumgartner is currently serving an eight-year sentence is the Marysville Reformatory for Women, where she has been incarcerated since May.
