Local officials and developers say the interchange at Ohio 4 and the Ohio Turnpike has development potential.

Although the area has water service, it lacks sewage service.

A small treatment plant, known as a package plant, would cost $1.3 million. If the land was developed, that cost would be covered by a tax increment financing deal, county sanitary engineer Jack Meyers said..
