At about 2:20 a.m., a Plymouth Voyager GSX Minivan traveling north on Ohio 4 went off the road, struck a culvert and overturned.

James Bocek, 26, of Oklahoma, was trapped in the vehicle and had to be mechanically freed. He was flown by medical helicopter to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo where he died at 5:30 p.m.

Clay A. Humphries, 24, most recently of Galena, Ohio, was found outside the vehicle when responders arrived. Humphries suffered serious injuries and was taken to Bellevue Hospital before being flown to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

Both men had not been wearing seat belts, and troopers are unsure who was driving the vehicle. Alcohol is suspected to be a factor in the crash.

I hope alcohol was not a factor, come on folks wake up so many people losing their lives over alcohol, and leaving their loved ones to grieve and pick up the pieces
