SANDUSKY

The petition to put the Marina District back on the ballot in November 2009 has passed its final test.

The Erie County Board of Elections approved the Referendum Petition filed by the Citizens for Responsive Government, counting 1,180 legitimate signatures. The petition needed at least 783 signatures to be deemed legitimate.
