SANDUSKY

An excavator from Herbst Excavating of Sandusky starts the process of taking down a house next to the Sandusky Library on Wednesday morning.

The house is being razed to make room for a reading garden and improved entrance from Columbus Avenue.

A gift from the Randolph J. and Estelle M. Dorn Foundation is being used to develop the garden according to the Sandusky Library Web site.
