The Erie County Dog Pound has these dogs available for adoption:

• Buster — Buster is a male mix, 8 months to 1 year old. He is housebroken, very outgoing when outside in the yard and loves to play fetch. Available now.

• Redford — Redford is a male 2-year-old Pekingese mix. He is housebroken. He is shy at first, but once you get to know him he will become the perfect lap dog. Available at 2:15 p.m. today.

• Miles — Miles is a fun-loving 4- to 5-year-old male border collie mix. He is very energetic and outgoing with a great personality. Available now.

• Milly — A 3-year-old female pinscher mix. Milly is housebroken and enjoys long walks, belly rubs and love. She sits and shakes on command, likes toys and is great with other dogs and cats. Available now.

• Zoe — Female Australian shepherd mix, 5 years old. Housebroken, very sweet and calm, would do great in any household. Available now. (Not shown above.)

The Erie County Dog Pound, 2900 Columbus Ave., Perkins Township, is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10-10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Adopting a dog costs $45, including license and first shots. 419-627-7607.

This is not meant as criticism but I would suggest you have a second person work with you on getting photos; a fair number of your pictures show only the dog's head. The better the photo of the animal, the more likely it is someone will show interest in it.
