WHITES LANDING
Divers plunged into Sandusky Bay Saturday afternoon on an mission to help area residents learn more about the mysterious underwater springs called blue holes.
Naturalist Jim Norrocky and Crystal Rock residents Jim and Dian Winkel teamed with divers Martin Bailey and Andrew Dennis to gather water samples from the springs about eight tenths of a mile away from Whites Landing in the bay.
