Recently I was unable to sleep. Having a restless night, I decided to go for a drive hoping to relax myself by the water. Around midnight I went by a store front on Market Street, later identified as a youth house for under 21 years old. I could not help but notice on my right was a cloud of smoke hovering over a crowd outside. I also noticed a car parked to my left with four girls there; one of them gave me the bird as I drove by and I don't know why.

I also noticed two young girls approximately the age of 13 or 14 coming out of the store front looking very high or buzzed and having a hard time walking. I am not condoning nor putting down this place. But where were the police at midnight -- and more then that, where were the parents?

Don't we have a curfew? This was on a Thursday night.
