NORWALK

After more than a year of incarceration, Jeff Resor shed his bright-colored jail jumpsuit late last week.

In a ruling handed down Friday, Judge Ronald Bowman dismissed the involuntary manslaughter charge against Resor, the last remaining criminal count facing the 27-year-old Norwalk resident.

The criminal charges stemmed from the February 2007 death of 10-month-old Donavan Lykins, who prosecutors claimed died after he was brutally shaken by Resor.
