SANDUSKY

Officers arrested six people for disorderly conduct Sunday evening after an altercation over a park bench at Cedar Point.

Cedar Point spokesman Robin Innes said the argument broke out at about 7:25 p.m., and officers at the nearby Cedar Point Police Department responded within two minutes.

The guests were apparently arguing over a seat on a park bench, he said.

Officers did not witness any fighting, and no injuries were reported.

This scenario is a far cry from the one a Cleveland radio talk show suggested happened. The radio station said racial slurs led to a huge fight that took police 20 to 30 minutes to break up.
