As much as he loves going under the needle, Vic Fontaine is more addicted to the thrill of etching tattoos on others.

With steady hands, he drills black ink between the pen-drawn outlines that decorate a young man's side.

He pauses as the man grimaces, his face flushing as the needle moves to a thinner area of flesh.
