Misguided thief

A few months ago the newspaper ran a thoughtful article on my can collection for the most needy among us. Since New Years Eve day, I have personally collected 5,701 cans on my daily walks and jogs. That comes to about $230. Many of you have responded and have called the church and have donated your cans. Your thoughtful gifts have made a big difference in the lives of some of the needy among us. Thank you so much.

On a sad note, last Wedsnesday night someone transpassed on to church property and stole over 2,000 cans. I am very disappointed in that person or persons. God saw it all. I ask you to make that right for your own conscience’s sake. You’ll be the better for it. Please donate $80 to Care and Share. We have so many wonderful people in our community and a few who need to find their way. I was that misguided person at one time. Christ has made all the difference in life. I pray as much for you.
