SANDUSKY

A woman was charged with disorderly conduct Friday morning after she used a pair of high-heeled shoes as a weapon, police said.

Officers arrived just before 2 a.m. on Water Street and found a large fight inside the Underground Bar and in the nearby city parking lot, according to a police report. About 100 people were in the crowd, including a group of women who shouted insults at each other, police said.

One of those women, Marteena Arielle McGill, 21, 1900 block Clinton St., held the high heels. She told police another girl "jumped" her and hit her in the forehead with a shoe.

Police arrested her for disorderly conduct. Another woman, Brittney Shanndrell Johnson, 22, and a 16-year-old girl, face the same charge.
