MARGARETTA TWP.

Faced with more production declines, a local Ford plant is once again offering workers a way out.

Four years of tuition assistance, early retirement and cash payments are just a few of the incentives workers at the Sandusky Automotive Components Holdings plant may choose from next week, a company spokeswoman said.

Ford Motor Co. announced plans Monday for another round of buyout incentives at the Sandusky plant and 16 other facilities in Ohio and Michigan.
