Andy Oliver, a 2006 Vermilion graduate currently pitching for the Team USA National Collegiate baseball team in Europe, added Oklahoma State University as a seventh defendant today as part of a Second Amended Complaint filed in the Erie County Common Pleas Court.

Oliver, who was a sophomore pitcher for the Cowboys, is suing his former advisors, the NCAA and now OSU after he was declared ineligible three hours before he was to take the mound for the team's tournament opener May 31.
