Todd Hultzman of the Verdin Company, Cincinnati, attaches new hands to the northern clock face at the Erie County Courthouse Tuesday morning in Sandusky. The four faces of the clock should be running and accurate by Wednesday according to Allen R. Jackson, CPMM, Manager of Erie County Facilities.
