The ConAgra site could be the future home of a resort.

The city entered into a memorandum of understanding with Fairmount Properties in late June to have the Cleveland-based developer convert 10 acres of the waterfront site -- which is located by the city's boat basin -- into a "destination resort." Fairmount also plans a mixed-used development on five acres of Main Street on the west side of the Huron River.
