Andy Oliver, a 2006 Vermilion graduate and one of the top-rated college pitching prospects in the country, filed a lawsuit against his former legal advisors and the NCAA after losing his eligibility May 31 as a member of the Oklahoma State baseball team.

In the lawsuit, Oliver alleges six counts of breach of contract, tortious interference, constructive fraud, negligence and defamation claims against former advisors Robert and Tim Baratta of the New York law firm Baratta brothers and the NCAA.
