SANDUSKY

The clock is ticking for William Keyes.

At his final plea hearing Monday morning, he declined a plea offer. He chose instead to go to trial next week.

Keyes, 20, faces charges of murder, involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault and aggravated robbery. Police said he and a teenager were responsible for the October 2007 death of Sandusky resident Stephen Cobb.
