It's official -- Sandusky City manager Matt Kline is makingSandusky his home.

According to the Erie County auditor Tom Paul, Kline and his wife, Debora, purchased a home on Wayne Street for $232,500 from retiring Sandusky Schoolstreasurer Troy Bouts.

The 120-year-old, 3,272-square-foot home was featured in the December tour of homes sponsored by The Old House Guild of Sandusky.
