Cleveland has one of the finest fan bases for the Indians and Browns. Cleveland doesn't deserve either team. Management won't pay the price to have a winning season. When it is said and done, it's all about money. If you have one empty seat you have lost money. Why the owners don't see this, I don't know.

Right now the Indians are nothing more than a farm team for the rest of the league. The combination of Wedge and Shapiro leaves a lot to be desired. Why don't you rehire Hargrove? The team as a whole isn't bad. Just a few areas need help. It is proven when you field a winning team, the people come. Then money world not be a problem. You would have financial strength like the New York team.

The Browns are similar to the Indians. They get a good quarterback and have no protection for him. You play him until he gets hurt. Now throw him aside and find someone else. You go out and sign borderline players who can't make it anywhere else.

With both teams, it's one vicious cycle. Wait until next year.
