MILAN TWP.

The Bellevue man accused of trying to kill his wife will remain in jail without bond.

Ronald Dority, 43, was arraigned Friday in Erie County Court on charges of attempted murder, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, domestic violence, violating a protection order, having a weapon while under disability andpossession of cocaine.

He was arrested Monday night after he wrapped a chainsaw chain around his wife's wrists, dragged her with it and then shot at her, sheriff's deputies said.
