Whew.
You have to give it to the Perkins High School class of 2008: Even though it was uncomfortably hot and muggy during Sunday's graduation ceremonies, graduates kept their cool.
They proudly strode out onto the football field wearing black and white caps and gowns as though it weren't 96 degrees and humid. And even the wind, which urged their caps to fly off and their tassels to migrate prematurely, could not throw them off their purpose.
