Some people grumble when a new CO or company takes over a work place, but saying they are "hostile" goes a little bit too far. The company could not survive very long at all.

In all this controversy, I have never heard the word "union" used at all. The so-called Murman report doesn't mention it at all, does it? In a union, if you have a complaint you write it up a grievance that goes to a shop committee, who takes it up with management to settle the differences.

Why is it the accusers can take the word of an outside committee but can't trust the word of an outside chief of police. Is it because she is female instead or male?

Aren't businesses to be equal in their hiring, or doesn't that apply here? There is a saying -- you can't teach an old dog new tricks -- but by that same token, an old dog can learn new tricks if they try. The more skills a person learns, the more valuable they become.

Would some of you guys want your wives, daughters or mothers treated like you have done to Kim? Think about it. It's time to put personal egos aside to work for the betterment of the city and community.

Sandusky used to be known for being near Cedar Point, but will become known for its unfairness in race and gender.
