A college basketball player who holds Sandusky High School's single-game scoring record was shot in the face and slightly wounded in a weekend incident in Pennsylvania.

Kelsey Williams, 20, who lists an address on the 700 block of Osborne St. in Sandusky, was injured during a shooting at Big E's Club in Farrell, Pa., according to police.

He was treated and then released Sunday at Sharon Regional Medical Center in Sharon, Pa., a hospital spokeswoman said Wednesday.
