Blood tests showed that a grandmother had marijuana, Valium and traces of oxycodone in her system in March when she rolled over on a 4-month-old baby causing the child's death, Huron police Chief Randy Glovinsky said.

The police investigation has been forwarded to the Erie County Prosecutor's office, Glovinksy said.
