Two state troopers fired last week for their involvement in a KKK prank filed grievances with the state to get their jobs back, according to an attorney for the Ohio State Trooper Association.
Craig Franklin and EricWlodarsky were fired May 2following a disciplinary hearing.
The case is likely go to an arbitration hearing where an arbitrator will decide if Franklin andWlodarsky should be reinstated, said Elaine Silveira of the Ohio State Troopers Association.
The two troopers were originally disciplined in connection with the incident but were allowed to retain their jobs through an abeyance agreement. Firing the troopers violated that abeyance agreement, Silveira said
