HURON

The attorney for the Huron High cheerleader advisor accused of furnishing alcohol to teens at a party in her home wants evidence gathered by police thrown out.

K. Ronald Bailey filed the motion to suppress this morning during a pre-trial hearing at Huron Municipal Court.

Bailey asserts that police did not have a warrant to enter the home and the evidence police gathered once entering the home should not be used in court.

Jane Bickley, 46, 100 block of Richland Ave., faces four counts of furnishing alcohol to minors. She has worked as a cheerleading staff member with Huron City Schools off and on since 2001.
