2:57 p.m. -- Mark T. Willis, 30, 100 block of Milan Ave., Norwalk, cited for failure to control after traveling left of center and swerving off the right side of the road, striking a telephone pole

10:19 a.m. -- 3033 W. Monroe St., boy, 12, arrested and charged with criminal damaging after kicking dents into a vehicle, released to parents

9:03 a.m. -- 1219 E. Parish St., resident reported vandalism

12:06 p.m. -- 1433 Wamajo Drive, Natrika C. Thomas, 26, 200 block of Pearl St., charged with obstructing official business, released on own recognizance bond

12:57 p.m. -- 1000 block of Second St., resident reported theft of a Kenmore washer, valued at $150; a stove, valued at $150; Kenmore refrigerator, valued at $699; two-story aluminum ladder, valued at $150; and eight window blinds, valued at $10 each. Resident said she wished to pursue charges against neighbor.

11:10 p.m. -- Warren and Monroe streets, Huron Park, a man reported three black males in their late teens, two wearing white T-shirts and one wearing a red T-shirt, stole a black snakeskin wallet containing a state ID card, fight license, a National City Bank card and $12 in cash

3:50 a.m. -- 200 block of E. Water St., Tyrondi Thomas, 26, 100 block of McDonough St., charged with two counts of assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct
