NORWALK

Gentlemen, start your cameras.

Summit Motorsports Park is challenging its fans to show off their directorial talents in a contest geared toward the online-driven youth culture of today.

Bill Bader Jr., owner of the Norwalk race park, said he wanted to see the 20th Annual ACDelco High School Nationals through the lens of the thousands of young people who experience it. And he said the youth are plenty equipped to make this happen.

"Every kid has a cell phone. Every cell phone has a video camera," he said. "Why not give them an opportunity to capture the magic of the event?"

So long as the video doesn't contain inappropriate content, it will be posted online through Summit Motorsports Park's account with YouTube.com, the popular video-sharing Web site, to be judged.

Videos may be sent to video@SummitMotorsportsPark.com.
