PORT CLINTON

Ottawa County assistant prosecutor Lorrain Croy said a victim's mother "pimped out her daughter" to a 62-year-old man, who is accused of raping her.

Croy and defense attorney Sarah Nation presented their closing arguments Thursday in the third day of the felony rape and drug trial.

The victim's father and grandfather were in attendance at the Ottawa County Common Pleas Court, as were family and friends of accused rapist Dale "Bud" Notestine, 500 block of N. Lake Pine Drive in Danbury Township.

Judge Paul Moon will deliver a verdict at noon today in Ottawa County Common Pleas Court.
