The last person standing after the city's Housing and Neighborhood Division investigation will have to stand somewhere other than the city building for the next three weeks.

City manager Matt Kline decided Tuesday to put program coordinator Kaye Conway on unpaid administrative leave for 15 days.

The suspension is the result of a March 18 report from the Ohio Department of Development Office of Housing and Community Partnerships documenting sloppy paperwork, incomplete projects and mismanaged funds in the city's Community Housing Improvement Program.
