PERKINS TWP.

What began last Sunday as a way to sell a house has raised some ire in the neighborhood.

Pam Frisch, owner of Yesteryears Restaurant, decided last week to give her Perkins Township home to the winner of an essay contest. Frisch is requiring a minimum of 5,000 essays, or else she will return the money.
