Let there be lighthouses.
Twenty-five fiberglass lighthouses, each 6 feet tall, arrived at the Merry-Go-Round Museum on Thursday afternoon for the 2008 Light in the Harbor community art project.
Local artists will put their creativity to work and turn the lighthouses into maritime masterpieces that will adorn the city throughout the summer.
"These lighthouses will definitely brighten up the downtown this summer," said Joyce Leimbach, chairwoman of the Light in the Harbor initiative.
