Groton Township residents have a lot of questions, but answers were hard to come by Tuesday night.
The mood changed from frustration to confusion to despair during a meeting at township hall to discuss flooding.
Bob Hammersmith, who lives on Ohio 269, shared his frustration with the flooding situation in the township, which has yet to recede since last week's rainfall.
"I've been flooded four times. Enough is enough. Pipe (Creek) to me is basically empty, so there's one problem: The water can't get from here to Pipe (Creek)," he said. "We've had these meetings before from time to time, but we've done nothing ... nothing."
