Erie, Ottawa, Sandusky and Huron counties are under a flood watch and hazardous weather outlook, according to the National Weather Service.

The flood watch is in effect through Wednesday afternoon and includes the cities of Sandusky, Port Clinton and Norwalk, among others.

The heaviest rain is expected south of Lake Erie with total rainfall amounting to one to two inches. Some areas may see up to four inches of rain, according to their Web site.
