Erie County's health commissioner said he's optimistic about winning a grant to set up a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky -- a status that could provide hundreds of thousands of dollars for health care to low-income county residents.

"I feel like jumping on the middle of the table," Peter Schade told the Erie County Health Department board Thursday night.
