SANDUSKY

Outdoors program host Roger Raglin has filed a lawsuit in Erie County against the charter boat captain who crashed into a breakwall in July, injuring Raglin and his family.

Raglin is requesting more than $50,000 in damages from Captain Ted Bayer and his company, Bayer Necessities, according to Erie County Common Pleas Court records.

Bayer, 46, of Liberty Center was piloting a 33-foot Fountain Sportfish boat when it crashed into a breakwall near Cedar Point in July 2007.
