Bright lights. Little city.
Saturday's world premiere of "The Curse of the Flesh," by local director James Welch, was well-received at the Sandusky State Theatre.
Hundreds turned out for the event and the theater's main marquee announcing the movie's premiere was dazzling against the dark sky.
Limousine arrivals, the red carpet, red rope and flashing cameras rounded out the "Hollywood"-style premiere.
Cathy Blay of Sandusky arrived 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the movie's cast and crew.
"My mother's in the movie," Blay said. "It makes her happy."
